Mi ritrovo molto nella citazione di Rose: tante realtà nate con logiche “industriali” fanno fatica oggi, mentre chi sfrutta bene il digitale accelera. Per capirlo uso un esempio semplice come Fnaf: un’idea che cresce grazie a community, contenuti e distribuzione online, più che per strutture pesanti. Il concetto di “organizzazione esponenziale” sembra proprio questo: adattarsi in fretta e restare rilevanti.
